Born in Pennsylvania, Dr. Stanley Boyd was the first person in his family to attend college. He now lives in Greenwich Village and Greenport, NY with his long-time partner.
Dr. Boyd loves the art and science of dentistry, the creation of a beautiful restoration from simple materials. His passion for the field comes from the happiness and satisfaction that a patient expresses when a life-long problem is resolved beautifully. Dr. Boyd loves exercising regularly and having a spiritual life. He and his long-term partner share joy in mentoring young people both here in New York and in Greenport, Long Island.
Dr. Boyd also collects art, especially Long Island art from the turn of the century, and has an extensive garden of exotic and native plants. He’s active in ethical charity services in his small village to support and improve the lives of families in vulnerable positions.
